Holding Redlich expands property, planning and development practice with appointment of new partner, Dinh Ptok

17 April 23 - Media Release

National law firm, Holding Redlich, has appointed Dinh Ptok as Partner within its Property, Planning and Development Group.

Dinh brings more than 20 years’ commercial property law experience, acting as a trusted legal adviser to commercial and non-commercial developers, A-REITs, landlords, tenants and not-for-profits. Dinh has advised on some of Victoria’s largest property transactions in Victoria, including:

  • CSL Limited’s tenancy pre-commitment at its new global headquarters in Melbourne
  • a number of high-profile Collins Street office developments, including Mirvac’s Olderfleet building at 477 Collins Street, Melbourne’s Rialto Towers and QIC’s development and sale of 80 Collins Street
  • Lendlease’s development of two commercial towers in the Melbourne Quarter precinct, an urban regeneration project worth over $2 billion.

Holding Redlich’s National Head of Property, Planning & Development, Vanya Lozzi, said that the breadth of Dinh’s experience at the higher end of the commercial and non-commercial market segment is a great addition to the firm’s Victorian team and Holding Redlich’s national offering as a whole.

“We are pleased to welcome Dinh as a Partner, particularly as we plan for growth that will come from the next phase of the real estate cycle,” Vanya said. “There is unprecedented demand nationally for quality legal services in the real estate segment and Dinh’s capabilities and experience are a welcome addition to our team.”

Dinh said she was very much looking forward to the next stage of her career at Holding Redlich.

“I am proud to join the team at Holding Redlich, a highly respected firm with a reputation of providing high quality services to developers, landlords and tenants,” Dinh said.

Dinh is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law (Hons) from the University of Tasmania. Dinh has multi-jurisdictional experience, having practised law in London, Sydney and Melbourne.
