Holding Redlich expands Corporate & Commercial practice with the appointment of new partner, Dhanushka Jayawardena

National law firm Holding Redlich today announces the appointment of Dhanushka Jayawardena as Partner to further strengthen the firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Property practices, enhancing its capabilities in mergers and acquisitions, funds, and property transactions.

As a taxation lawyer and Chartered Tax Adviser, Dhanushka specialises in front-end structuring and tax advisory, across Commonwealth and State direct and indirect taxes. He has advised institutional clients, private equity funds, and sponsors on domestic and cross-border transactions including AXA Investment Managers, Centuria, BMW Australia, ARRI, and Giesecke+Devrient.
