Angela has experience in a diverse range of commercial property matters, such as capital transactions, commercial, industrial and retail leasing, and development.  

Prior to joining Holding Redlich, Angela worked for a top tier law firm in New Zealand, where she worked on some of New Zealand’s high profile property transactions.

She has acted for companies in medical, logistics, retail and financial services sectors, REITs and property developers. 

Experience

Angela’s experience includes:

• acting in relation to acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and retail properties in Victoria and New Zealand
• acting for an ASX and NZX-listed company with the disposal of an industrial site, including subdivision, easement advice, and settlement management
• acting for an NZX-listed company with the acquisition of premium grade office buildings 
• acting for an international retailer on its acquisition of vacant land for development
• acting in the sale and leaseback of industrial properties
• acting in the acquisition of private hospitals with long-term leases with hospital operators
• acting for both landlord and tenant clients with national leasing portfolios
• advising on the property aspect of corporate transactions.
