David Quinn is an experienced General Counsel in the Workplace Relations & Safety team.
David represents individuals, small and large businesses, government agencies and community organisations, providing advice on all aspects of Commonwealth and State industrial law, employment contract law, discrimination, workplace health and safety, restraints of trade, defamation, health practitioner investigations, community sector corporate governance, and electoral law.
David is an Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations Law. He appears regularly as an advocate for clients in industrial and discrimination tribunals (both initial hearings and appeals), Federal Circuit Court and Magistrates Court proceedings, and workplace health and safety prosecutions, as well as appearing as a solicitor in all Federal and State court, coronial inquest and Crime and Corruption Commission hearings.
David has been recognised in the 2015 to 2024 edition of Doyles Guide as a recommended and leading lawyer in Employment (Employee & Union Representation) in Queensland.
