Martin Deutsch is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation group. For over 25 years he has acted for a number of publicly listed and multi-national corporations, including shopping centre owners and managers, banks, insurers, manufacturers and various other business enterprises on a variety of complex and often multifaceted legal matters. Martin practices in the area of commercial dispute resolution, specialising in property and leasing based disputes. Martin has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. Martin is an experienced mediator acting both as a party representative and an independent mediator and in 2004 was appointed to the panel of the NSW Retail Tenancy Unit.
